The USDOT and Federal Aviation Administration announced the selection of the NDDOT as one of the agencies selected to partake in an Unmanned Aircraft Systems Integration Pilot Program that gives the NDDOT certain waivers for operating drones in specific circumstances such as night time operations and flight paths above people and animals.
