We are creating content for AAA Living Magazine/Auto Club Group and would like to possibly include a photo(s) from All Veterans Memorial in a print/digital article called The Big To-Do: Veterans Day and in social promotion related to the article (“Use”). This article will appear in AAA Living Magazine September/October Issue. This issue will reach over 30,000 readers in the state of ND. Specifically, I’m looking for images to support this proposed copy but open to any you’d like to share that you feel represent your area best. I’m attaching an example of a page from a another issue for reference. Space is limited so please send your best images for consideration: All Veterans Memorial On the eleventh hour of Veteran’s Day, the sun shines through an oculus and illuminates North Dakota on this Bismarck monument. It honors 4,000 veterans who gave their lives since North Dakota became a state in 1889. Find it on the capitol grounds. The proposed deadline for these images is June 15th. Please provide any necessary photo credits required to be used with the image you send for consideration. The proposed date of publication is August 2022. Unfortunately, I do not have a budget to pay for the use of these photos. By responding to this email and attaching any photographs, you are granting Pace/AAA Living/Auto Club Group a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable right and license to use, duplicate, modify, exhibit, distribute, display, broadcast and publish the image(s) for the above Use in any media now or hereafter known. You also represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, have permission for all parties appearing in the photographs, and are the rightful owner of the image(s) and/or have the authority to grant permission for the Use. Please note that the image(s) may have to be modified or edited for the Use, and you authorize us to make such modifications or edits. By allowing us to use the image(s), you agree to waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product. You additionally agree to waive any and all moral rights you may have in the images(s). We are happy to credit you as the author of the image, if you provide instructions on how to do so properly. If Pace or AAA Living/Auto Club Group wishes to use the images for any other use other than the Use defined above, they will have to obtain subsequent written permission (email sufficient).
